A cancellation charge of US$300 is applicable to written cancellations received on or before 13 May 2010. No refund will be made for cancellations after the date due to our advance guaranty obligations and administration costs.

We will include registrants' names on the official delegate list should we have received your registration fees on or before 20 May 2010. All payments should be made prior to the events. Regrettably, no entrance will be permitted for payments not received before the events take place.
